As COVID transitions from a pandemic to an endemic status, there are new legal and practical scenarios that are new for businesses and for receivers such as PPP loan considerations, labor, and employment issues (such as work from home or WFH, COVID testing, mask wearing, etc.) and other emerging concerns.  This panel will explore the new landmines and solutions available to receivers that take over businesses or properties in this post-COVID environment.
